ShayaCard Scheme Terms and Conditions

• The Shayacard scheme is operated by Shaya Limited of 44 Fulham High Street, London SW6 3LQ.Shayacards are issued by and remain the
  property of Shaya Limited.Shaya may, at its sole discretion, refuse to issue a card and may withdraw a card from a participant at any time.

• Points will be awarded against most goods purchased from Shaya. Certain items may be excluded from the offer which will be notified at the
  store. One point will be awarded for every £1 purchased at the participating stores.

• A voucher of £15 will be issued for purchases of £250 (250 points). You may redeem your vouchers for goods, or for contribution towards the
  price of goods in whole only. You may not redeem vouchers for cash. Vouchers are valid for a period of one year from the date of issue.

• If, after purchasing goods on which points have been awarded, you subsequently obtain a refund from Shaya for the goods (in accordance with
  your statutory rights or any Shaya policy concerning refunds) at the time of the refund the points awarded on the purchase will be removed from
  your account. Similarly if you obtain a refund on goods purchased in whole or part by redeeming vouchers, then all or part of the refund may be
  given by re-awarding you the vouchers you used.

• If you do not use your Shayacard for a period of 6 months your account may be closed. However, you will be able to re-apply for a Shayacard
  and Shaya may at its discretion re-award to you any points that were held on your account previously.

• Any printed statements made by Shaya Limited regarding the Shayacard scheme form part of these terms and conditions.

• Shaya may amend or terminate the Shayacard scheme, or amend any of these Terms and Conditions (including value of the points), at any
  time by giving notice in the store.
